Performing Edge Chiropractic Fee Schedule
Initial visit will cost $165.00 which includes a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Gary Schaaf, initial exam which includes a spinal evaluation with the Pulstar, nervous system scan, necessary x-rays and report of findings. Follow up office visits will be $55.00.
We do not accept Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Medicaid and we are non-participating providers with Medicare.

We are a fee for service practice. We accept cash, check, credit card, H.S.A. We do not bill insurance directly but will provide paid receipts upon request that you can send to your insurance provider yourself. This allows us to deliver the care that you need at the most affordable cost as we have done since 1961.
